Day 1 – Livingstone
Arriving at Livingstone airport you will be met and transferred to the tranquil Tongabezi for your stay in your own private house for the next 2 nights on a fully inclusive basis. Includes in house activities, excludes premium drinks.
This afternoon there will be the opportunity for you to visit The Falls, an incredible spectacle and a fantastic experience.
Day 2 – Livingstone
Today you will have a full day to explore Victoria Falls area. There are activities in this area to suit everyone, from scenic helicopter flights over the falls and sundowner cruises along the Zambezi to white water rafting and bungee jumping.
Some of the activities are best pre-booked to avoid disappointment but some can be arranged on arrival, we will talk you through the options when putting together your itinerary.
Day 3 – Selinda Reserve
Today you will be picked up and transferred by road to Kasane where you will connect with your light aircraft flight to the incredible Selina Private Reserve. Here you will stay at the sublime Zarafa Camp for the next 3 nights. This reserve is home to some of the best game viewing in Botswana and renowned for great predator sightings as well as the areas famous Elephant herds, on top of this the accommodation is outstanding!
Day 4 and 5 – Selinda Reserve
The Selinda Private Reserve is home to only three properties, all owned by Great Plains Conservation, which makes it an incredibly exclusive large area of wilderness. Zarafa is the most luxurious of these properties and offers fantastic levels of accommodation while still being true to its roots, having been built from recycled materials and maintaining an important focus on wildlife and the game viewing.
Day 6 – Okavango Delta
Today you will head back to the Selinda airstrip for your short light aircraft over the Okavango Delta, you will arrive at the Vumbura airstrip and be transferred to Vumbura Plains, a lovely luxury property in the Vumbura Concession, spend the following 3 nights here.
Day 7 and 8 – Okavango Delta
With limited vehicle numbers and few guests this is a truly top end Okavango Delta experience with activities from walk and driving safaris to Mokoro and fishing excursions. This part of the Okavango offers some of the best wildlife viewing opportunities as well as a great variety of activities which makes it one of the few places that it is possible spend longer and not to have to stay at two delta properties.
