Luwi is the most remote of all of Norman Carr Safaris bush camps and it is definitely the most wild feelling, there is just something about it that makes it feel that more detached from the rest of the world than other camps.
The 4 chalets are well spaced out in a the edge of a piece of woodland making it completely blend in with its surroundings. This is a back to nature Zambian experience at its best…there are still the comforts that you would expect from a Norman Carr bushcamp such as hot running water, ensuite bathrooms (openair) and big comfy beds.
This is the one of the starting points for the “Return the the Wild” sleepout, a fantastic opportunity to walk out of camp and spend a night under the African stars, something which you will never forget.
